Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope
This policy describes refunds and cancellations for bookings made via PARTNERSPLACE VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED at thinksyncspace.com. Individual space owners may publish their own policies for their listings; where an owner policy exists it will be shown on the listing at checkout and will govern that booking.
Platform default rules (applies when owner policy not specified)
- Hourly bookings: Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before start time. 50% refund if canceled between 24 and 6 hours prior. No refund if canceled within 6 hours of start time.
- Day passes / One-day bookings: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the date. 50% refund if canceled between 48 and 24 hours. No refund within 24 hours.
- Weekly / Monthly memberships: Pro-rata refunds (less any applicable administrative fees) for unused days if you cancel with at least 7 days' notice. Memberships billed on subscription plans may be governed by the subscription terms.
- Event or custom bookings: Refunds are per owner policy and subject to negotiation with the owner.
Processing refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method where possible, through our payment partner (e.g., Razorpay). Processing times depend on banks and payment processors. Platform fees or commissions that have already been paid to partners/owners may affect refund amounts.
No-shows & cancellations by owners
If a user is prevented from using a booked space due to owner cancellation or closure, we will work to provide an alternative space or a full refund.
Chargebacks & disputes
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we may seek to recover funds and will cooperate in dispute resolution. Repeated fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
How to request a refund
- Open your booking in "My Bookings".
- Click Cancel (if allowed) and follow the prompts.
- If you need assistance, contact support@thinksyncspace.com with your booking ID and reason.
Changes
We may update this policy. The booking page will show the applicable policy for each booking.
