These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PARTNERSPLACE VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED website and services at thinksyncspace.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must register an account to book, manage, or list spaces. Provide accurate information and maintain security of your credentials. We may require identity verification (KYC) for owners/operators.

2. User roles

The Service supports several roles (Platform Admin, Space Owner/Operator, Space Manager/Staff, Customer/Member). Each role has different rights and responsibilities. Owners/operators must comply with applicable laws and local regulations when listing spaces.

3. Bookings & payments

• Bookings are subject to availability and the individual space's rules.
• Payments are processed using third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store full payment card details.
• Invoices will be issued for paid bookings; GST/taxes will be applied where applicable.

4. Refunds & cancellations

Refunds and cancellation terms depend on the specific booking and the space owner’s policy. Our standard/refund policy component provides the platform-level default. Owners may set stricter or more lenient policies for their listings within platform rules.

5. Fees & commissions

We may charge commissions, subscription fees, or listing fees. Fee structures are communicated to owners/operators and may be updated with notice.

6. Content & conduct

You are responsible for content you upload (listings, images, reviews). Do not post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content and suspend accounts for policy violations.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its content (design, logos, text) are owned or licensed by PARTNERSPLACE VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy or use our trademarks without written consent.

8. Access control & hardware integrations

The platform may integrate with access control systems (QR, smart locks, RFID, biometrics) to enable entry based on bookings. Owners/operators control hardware integrations; you must follow local laws and privacy norms when using biometric or access data.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARTNERSPLACE VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT WILL PARTNERSPLACE VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITEDBE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PARTNERSPLACE VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED from claims arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or unlawful conduct.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PARTNERSPLACE VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is incorporated. Disputes should be escalated via our support channels first.
